The Power of Prioritizing Yourself as a Caregiver

Many family caregivers are hyper-focused on providing premium care for their loved ones. It is considered a noble and selfless act. However throughout the process of championing for family members, caregivers often compromise prioritization and advocacy for themselves. In this webinar, you will learn the power of being first priority in your life as you care for your loved one. You will learn the importance of redefining what caregiving means to you, how to reassess whether your current methods are working for you, when to reprioritize yourself through rapid shifts in health status, and why you need to rebuild your own care muscle and care team.
