Heidi has spent years working with adults from their 50’s into their 100’s in a variety of settings including their own homes, Independent Living communities, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing settings; with the purpose of increasing safety and independence so they can continue to spend time doing what they love and fulfilling their purpose. She is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, and entrepreneur striving to share with the world that with the right tools and support anyone can continue living a full life worth living, as she helps people to overcome barriers and rise to new heights.
