Janet Bunce, founder and owner of Your Age in Place Plan, is an aging lifecare professional and certified geriatric care manager. She specializes in helping clients achieve their goal to remain in their homes as they age – aging in place. In over 16 years of working with older adults and their families she has been able to establish what determines successful aging in place and demonstrate that doing so is a choice that requires a plan. In the past year, the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the perils of life in nursing homes and aging in place has gone from a fervent desire to an urgent imperative.
